Himachal Pradesh University — Complaint regarding not accepting ma 2nd sem examination form

Hello sir,
My name is varsha and I am doing MA POLITICAL from hpu I am a private student.I have faced a problem in examination form filling whenever I am trying to fill MY 2nd sem form portal shows some(Your have marked discripency in last filled form.Please contact to your college/University to fill fresh exam form) text like this.i called MA Political department and i also called S O and Controller of examination but they told me that my documents are not submitted and then they told me that the FINAL DMC of graduation is not valid document for doing MA.They want Final degree of graduation.They want total result of graduation but in final DMC there is result of every sem and there we found all CGPA result Registration no., Roll no., Grade and whatever they want but they only want final degree.Sir I known some students they are doing MSC and MA from hpu and they have also submitted only final DMC and they are eligible for filling examination form for 2nd sem.AND if this final DMC in which all CGPA result Registration no., Roll no., Grade are mention send by HPU to students is not eligible for MA from hpu university then this FInal DMC is kind of fake document given by HPU and IF final degree is complasary then its HPU"S duty to mention this when we 1st time register for examination.and IF Final DMC is not useful for anything i think this issuse is very big issue and i am trying to raise this issue at higher levl and one more thing i have to say that HPU MA political department has no MAIL ID where someone can send documents where india is going to be a digital nation your departments has no mail id plaese look into this issue.i am sending you copy of Final DMC which hpu 1st give to students and after giving this to students this document is not eligible HPU related courses. i am waiting for your rply ASAP.
