Himachal Pradesh University — Double payment of B.ed examination fees

I have paid B.ed examination fees that was Rs1400 . Due to server problem it was done twice and my account has been debited twice on 07/08/2021 . ID in which I make payment is[protected] and the password is 12/11/1997. Transaction ID is ECOM 354717 FINANCE OFFICER HPU EV\ and ECOM 360942 FINANCE OFFICER HPU EV\ respectively . My account no is [protected] from which i make the payment . I have been waiting too long before but i did not get any refund . Kindly refund my money .
