We lost a bag (Black colored) full of cbse class xiith text books + note books, stationaries, amway medicine in hrtc volvo bus no. Hp.62d.1054 leaving dehradun on 23/10/2017 evening at 7pm and reaching dharamshala on 24/10/2017 around 5am. The text books and note books are very precious to my son who is appearing for 12th board exam in feb. 2017. Plz help.

I have booked bus online chamba shimla route no 1012 ticket no [protected]
My boarding place was Sadwan near Nurpur. But bus didnt come at bording point. Kindly take immidate action against it . And refund my money
