I have cancelled two tickets from Delhi to Palampur on 1st February 2023 and still didn't got the refund. I have attached the cancellation acknowledgement. Mar 14, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks to consumercomplaints.in my issue has been resolved. The refund was initiated by HRTC on 1st March but refund came on 14 March 2023. HRTC doesn't have the correct system for refunding. But I am happy this website exists so that I could get the money back. Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
