Very disappointing experience with the bus staff.

I chose Himsuta expecting a safe and comfortable journey, especially as a solo female traveller. However, my co-passenger was playing videos loudly and talking on the phone despite repeated requests to lower the volume.

When I requested a seat change during the stop, despite vacant seats being available, the conductor refused to help and instead justified another...

We were on our way to school and bus was going away so w planned to go in other bus. but then someone else stopped it and we went in. then he was rude and said "kya kr re the khara hoke, pehle kya soch re the". and when he sat with me on the last seat he smelled like alcohol....

The staff i.e drivers and conductors plying on the route many a times give reasons that the bus is not working fine or there is some technical fault and the bus could go no further in which case they ask the passengers to get off the bus and look for alternatives on their own. No buses are arranged for the people and in case you are on a deserted route you will be forced to walk on your own....

Kindly note for your information that Piplidhar bus today not arrived on time. on time 19:10 the bus note came in 19:10 at Halog Dhami.
This is usual practice observed on routinely basis. therefore take time immediate and appropriate action in this matter by giving the necessary instructions to bus Driver and conducter so that they follow punctual timing in future.

for many days hamirpur to chandigrah via galore mehre una bus have been running poorly for quite some time now. And old bus condition is getting worse. And bus is very old and many seat are explodes. And many people who suffer from bus face very troubled . And this is matter for shame for you. The lounge route bus is in such a condition.

I am making a request to you that you provide a new bus for this...

Today I was traveling from Kangra to Palampur HP 37D 1196 . Driver stopped near roadside vendors selling apples again and again and kept on bargaining about the price and quality.He would suddenly stop in middle of highway for this without thinking about other vehicles on highway and creating traffic jam.Please take a strict action on this careless behaviour of driver....

4/7/22 9:00 am HP 65 2602 bus rewalser to mandi . Today I was going from Rewalsar to Mandi when 1 kilometer from Rewalsar harts bus run front my bike .bus driver Harsh brake and no brake lights back of bus and than whit out locking back reverse tha bus . And he tuch my bike badle i fall down on road . And i was say to driver to this matter driver and conductor misbehaving whit me. So i want please xen on bus driver. So i hope my complaint...

I was travelling from hamirpur to delhi in Himsuta bus on date
13th june 9:30am from hamirpur and the destination time was 7:00 pm.
And bus reached around 9:20pm.
I lost rs 6000 because I made another volvo booking around 8pm.
Please take strict action as soon as possible against bus driver and conductor....

I am 71yrs old sr citizen traveled along with my 85yrs old mother-in-law, her 84 yrs old sister and 2 other sr citizen relatives from Mandi to Delhi in Himsuta Volvo bus, trip no.65 on 25/12/2021, departure time from Mandi 6.30 pm, tickets no.MH 034990, 034991 and 034992.
Passengers of the bus were told to shift into the other bus at midnight in pitch dark night at alonely horrible place. We had to shift our heavy baggage to the other...

As i am traveling from Chandigarh to Dehra, Bus is not cleaned as the trash on the floor of the bus is lying as it is. Vomit marks are there inside the bus and also outside. Empty packets of ready to eat snacks are lying on the floor of the bus....

I am traveling from delhi to mandi. A co passengers on kept pushing his seat backwards after constant request he still kept doin the same then he became aggressive and started abusing. I went to conductor he said seats will be like this only he didn’t even say anything to the guy seating ahead of me. He was high. This is really unsafe for girls traveling alone like me. My mother was travelling from delhi to chandigarh in your volvo bus number hp-63a-5233 last night[protected] when at around 12:30am the bus driver stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere and told the passengers that a bus has beoken down somewhere behind. They left the passengers alone and without air conditioning for 2.5 hours. More to their woes, there were mosquitoes all around the place.

Sir, no timing regarding the buses which will come to bye-pas or which will go through other way .Humble request to you sir fix the equal portion of buses from both the way .So it will definetly good move for the public welfare .Otherwise buses driver go through their own choices and public will suffer by waiting buses for number of hours .Sir kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action .

Cancelled on 18th may.
Travel date is 29th night, 8pm bus.
Haven't received any refund or notification after cancelling.
Atleast they should send some sort of notification of how the refund will be taking place. And when we book the tickets they say 100% refund....

It is found that hrtc bus started from kasol to bilaspur through ghagus in the year of feb 2015 by the ntpc staff and this bus was started for the welfare of people of kasol villegers because there is no bus was available from kasol to bilaspur before this bus but now the people of kasol is facing the problem with the bus because after 01 year this bus was started via dehar this bus is suddenly stopped by hrtc without any reason and this...

मैं रिषांत चौहान, गांव बल्ह बल्हवाणा, डाकघर चांदपुर, जिला बिलासपुर (हि.प्र.) का निवासी हूं। मैं दिनांक [9 May 2025] को प्रातः 9:40 बजे बल्हवाणा बस स्टॉप पर बिलासपुर जाने वाली एचआरटीसी बस का इंतजार कर रहा था।

उक्त बस निर्धारित समय पर बल्हवाणा पहुंची, परंतु बिना रुके आगे निकल गई। इस कारण मुझे अपने कार्यालय देर से पहुँचना पड़ा और काफी असुविधा हुई।

कृपया इस घटना की जांच कर संबंधित चालक/कंडक्टर को उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिए जाएं ताकि भविष्य में बस समय पर और निर्धारित स्टॉप्स पर जरूर रुके।

I want to address an issue regarding a local bus route which is Mandi Sakroa Dugrai bus.
First of all, it's the only bus on that Dugrai road and second its last bus for all persons living at Dugrai side. Considering this the bus should reach at its time in evening, because no source of public transportation is there after that. However, Dugrai bus goes earlier in the evening several time which is causing issue to the people of that area.
Also, bus provided in that route is not in very good condition.
Bus timing to cross baggi chowk is 5:20pm but it is going way before its timing i.e. 10-15 min earlier, which is making difficult to all people to catch the bus. So kindly resolve the matter earliest please.

The bus is scheduled to arrive at Bhuana Bharwana at 8:30 AM, but it consistently arrives after 8:50 AM. Due to this delay, people often miss the connecting bus from Panchrukhi, which is crucial for their official duties. Panchrukhi is 2 kilometers away from Bharwana, and there are no other transportation options available to reach Panchrukhi in time.

I am a student and my school does not have any school busses . i go by private busses in the morning. there are no govt. buses to be see. they are all hired by PRIVATE schools . in shimla, the capital of HP we can not get full govt. transport. school going kids have to go in private busses as all schools have the same timings and the students of the schools which are not hiring the busses, have to go in private buses. are they supposed to be for the public? and then when there are govt. buses, there is a lot of rush towards the bus and children may get injured. the are fully packed as there are so less buses. the schools can afford to hire buses from private associations . the parents sending their children to such schools surely can accept them to go by a school bus that is not under HRTC. there are many students and people that have to go places and it is much more cheaper that way. Why is the general people left un attended ?
please see to it and please provide atleast 3 govt busses across old bus stand and IGMC route

Ticket खरीदने के बाद बाकी के पेसे जेसे की 2 रू या 3 रू तो कन्डक्टर ये 2 या 3 रू नहीं देते हैं. मेरे 2 रू मुझे नहीं दिए हैं, कृपया HRTC अपने कन्डक्टर ko खुले पैसे दे कर ड्यूटी पर भेजे. इस मामले मे हरियाणा roadways ठीक है . मेरे से 240 रू वसूले गए और मुझे मेरे 2 रू नहीं लौटाए.
