Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — About bus blower

We have taken four tickets of Volvo bus no. HP 63 7552 from manali to Delhi on 02/01/2021 at 6:30 pm.When we ask Driver that why u didn't start blower in such a cold and he replied that the blower of this bus is not working.I have purchased four tickets of Rs.6756/ and then also didn't get a proper service.
.This type of service is providing by HRTC bus.In such a cold wheather I travelled in HRTC volvo with my family and it like travelled in local bus.Its such a horrible experience.Now I will not travel in HRTC bused and not even suggested to any one to travel in HRTC busrs
