Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Blaring of loud music by driver of Volvo bus

Iam traveling by bus service no 168 vide ticket no [protected] seat no 7. Driver is using Panjabi music on full sound for whole night and the whole bus is not able to sleep. I am not able to sleep for the whole night. Please take notice under intimation to me failing which matter shall be taken to consumers court
