Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Bus cancellation without prior notice and no refund provided

I booked below bus online on Nov 3rd for my travel on 26th Nov.
Service No : 121, DELHI ISBT KASHMIRI GATE - PALAMPUR : 22:40 HRS
Ticket number - [protected]
On travel day couple of hours before the bus, I got a call informing that particular bus route has been closed now. They were not able to provide any alternative option as well.
I didn't get any message/call regarding the refund and hence need help getting my refund.
