The journey from delhi to kasol using bus number 5751 has been pathetic.
1st the state of bus, himgaurav, is pitiful. The armrests are broken.
Seats do not recline adequately and some seats recline automatically without pressing the lever.
Reading lights do not function.
The bus was intentionally delayed by the driver and the conductor who intentionally drove at an extremely slow speed for more than 2 hours within delhi after starting from the boarding points as a few passengers were late and had not boarded the bus timely. As a result the bus reached more than 3 hours late overall.
Air condition of the bus was being turned off frequently. Upon complaining to the bus driver and the conductor.. They suggested the passengers to open the windows as they will not turn the ac on.
The bus conductor chiranjeevi was extremely rude and cared the least for the pitiful condition of the travellers.
Finally we had to figure out the phone number of hrtc and then the ac was turned on.
We were also denied the discounted rate at the refreshment point as mentioned on the ticket.
The discomfort caused in this bus ride is unfathomable. Hrtc should take steps to improve their services and refund our money for their pathetic services.

We have informed the entire incident to the concerned authority over call and mails a multiple times. However no action has been taken yet nor apologies has been conveyed.
