Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Bus condition was very bad no window and sits were very bad are

I started my travel Delhi to Sandhol (HP) on 15/6/2022. I got seat 15 no. that is window sit, But i am surprised there was no window glass. when I reached near UNA there was heavy rain around at 2:00am . i try to call some management people but I didn't got any response and nobody picked the phone. Bus conductor managed some sit but sit no 10 and 16 were also suffered. The Bus no. is HP67, 3846.
