I was waiting at my stop during night time at my designated time. When bus came i waved my had to stop it and went to half of the road distance but the driver didn't stoped the bus. I want refund for my ticket. below is the detail of ticket. Smoking and Alcohol intake in the bus. 4 people in HRTC Bus HP63 9883, seated on seat number 20W 21, 25, 26 on 15th of September, 2018 at around 18:00. No response from the conductor or the driver regarding the misbehaviour of these people. Kindly take adequate measures regarding this.
