Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — bus stoppage - dhaba asking double money on printed rate

Bus starting point - isbt kasmere gate at 8:19 am

With due respect sir, bus stopped at a dhaba (Very dirty dhaba) crossing karnal near by shamgarh,
One of the sop keeper asking me to pay double of the printed rate, that's so redicoulsy in fact having very low quality of hygiene.
Respectfully i wanted to convey my msg to you that please change this stoppage or examine it.
