Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Cancelled in March..refund not received

I have cancelled two tickets on HRTC website in March to and fro Manali from Delhi. Travel dates 22nd March and 26th March. Cancelled on 10th March. However, didn't recieve any refund till date and even the helpline is not responding to calls. I have been trying to reach them from March and it's may now with no luck till date.
