Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Cancelled tickets 10 days back and no refund received

Hi,

I am waiting for my refund since past 10 days .

And the HRTC people and not answering to my calls and emails ..
Pls do the needful.

Attaching the cancellation message for your reference.

Your Ticket No:[protected] has been Cancelled successfully. An amount of Rs.2150 is refund initiated today: 10-Apr-22 12:00 AM to the Credit/Debit Card by using which you have booked the Ticket. Please check your account after 5-7 working days (Banks settelment cycle).
