Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — charge fare for cancer patient having valid free journey pass and misbehaving by conductor and driver

I was travelling on 24.04.2019 from hrtc baijnath depot bus no. Hp-53a 6809. I have valid free journey pass for cancer patient sr. No.0344058. When i showed my pass to conductor he started misbehaving me and charged me fare of rs 272. Also driver started arguing me and insulted me. Both harrased me. I complaint this matter to r. M baijnath. But no step has been taken yet. Kindly take this matter seriously and on priority basis.
