Hello,
I want to raise concern as I did not receive any information of bus.i had my bus booking from solan to Dehradoon on 21st Oct, and I did not get any contact number of driver/conductor not even boarding point information
This is one of the worst experience till now with HRTC
One should have provided all the information to passenger
I would have missed bus
Bus was early and did not know where it will come.
Have tried calling Shimla helpline Number
BUT NO ONE RECEIVED IT
Tried calling them multiple times
If this is your control room, then that should be available 24/7 .
As your servies are not up to mark.
Kindly acknowledge this complaint and try to resolve this as I’m having another booking too And I don’t want to face such issues
