Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Complaint About Not stopping the Bus at stoppage.

Incident happened at Kashmere Gate Date 16 Feb 2023 at approx time 08 :40 pm

Hi, My name is vishal and i book a online e ticket on date 16 Feb 2023 from Delhi ISBT to Galore. The bus route is from Gurgaon to Hamirpur and Timing from Kashmere gate of the bus is 20: 29.The driver did not stop bus at stoppage of main gate Kashmere Gate.where all the buses are stopping and get in the passengers. I gave hand to Driver. Driver seen me and make eye contact with me but he suddenly accelerate the bus and ran away without stopping the bus . I took AUTO and follow the bus for 3 KM but while giving from Hands from Auto to bus driver. He is just going to increase the speed and start talking in abuse words..He did not accept his mistake for not stopping the bus at station. And goes on continuously aggression. Driver looks unprofessional and did not know etiquette how to talk with people. I can not tolerate this type of behaviour. if HRTC is not able to help me out than I have to lodge a complaint in police station.
