Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Complaint against HRTC bus conductor.

I wish to draw and focus your attention on the unworthy and unwarranted behavior of bus conductor on 3rd June 2023 of HRTC VOLVO from Delhi to Palampur. He treated the passengers with complete disgust, disregard and disguise. He behaved with us insolently, being very rude.
I am very disappointed with this behavior of staff. It is my humble suggestion that these kinds of conductors or employees need moral training. They may be taught the very first lesson of civility.
Therefore I request you to kindly take strict action against him.
