Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Complaint for Bus Delay Chirgaon- Tangnu

There is no denying that Chirgaon Tangnu busses are always delayed in the evening time. Bus Timing is 04:00 pm according to the timetable. They provide the Tickets on time but Departure time is always late around 4:30pm but today's it was 47 minutes late, people have to go far away from Road takes a minimum 30 to 1 hour for different villages as well as days are very short that is the main reason. Kindly take action over it.

I booked my bus seats online for 27th December 2021, 19:25 from Delhi to Dharampur but this sevice has been cancelled by hrtc due to visit of PM Narendera modi. I have no information or massage about cancellation that's day.I have mailed hrtc customer care for refund but nobody has mailed me back. I want a full refund for the service. It is supposed to be ₹806. I am attaching a screenshot for the same. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
