This is in regards on miss behavior of hrtc ticket counter.
My name is rajeev sharma today 9th jan2018 i was travelling from delhi to hamirpur hp.
I am new in delhi today when i arrived at kashmiri gate bus stand around 8:00 inquire about bus timings from counter's on 1st floor and they told me that your bus will arrive around 8:40 at counter no 19 or maybe 20.
When i reached there and asked for ticket person who was there named (Kushal) very rudely said your bus is already gone at 8:20. So again i asked him to tell me next bus on same root, too rudely he replied "oye this is not a enquiry counter". I simply asked a small question "if you can't answer then who will".
Now my question from you is being a common man i pay all kinds of my taxes to indian government and i think i have a right to know why you hair this kind of disgusting people who even don't know how to speak with someone.
I want a strict action against this person "kushal who was saying" tujhe jahan complete karni hai kar le " and who give him rights to speak rudely with customers.
If it's happened when the me i this you guys are doing this with another customer also.
I need a reply from you. I had a words with someone on call also.
