Dear sir

Im inform you i have travel to hrtc bus nahan depo & bus no is (Hp 18b 4695) in panchkula majri chowk to naraingrh in date of 04/08/2018. Im giving a conductor in 50 rupees and my ticket price is 46 rupees cunductor have not refund my extra balance. I told him to cunductor plz refund my balance when cunductor told me you have give me 1 rupees then give you your 4 rupees. My humble request to you plz take action again to cunductor.
