Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Conductor of the hrtc bus that leave manali at about 7 to 7:30

The conducter of the bus was very rude and i gave him 500 rupee note and he said that he dont have change as i was also not having 26 rupee change so i asked person next to me he also denied. The conductor keep on saying that if you dont have change then get out of the bus . As that was night time no other buses were around.
