I have booked ticket to pathankot bus stand because of delay in departure from delhi hrtc HP Volvo him settu bus was late 2 hrs, so drop me in chakki bank instead of pathankot bus stand.
Already in night around 3:30 am, our bus was changed on way after roopnagar because of techanical problem but this problem well known by bus staff before starting from delhi isbt. So my problem
1 delay in departure
2 disturb from sleep and shifted to another bus
3 drop me in chakki bank instead of pathankot bus stand.
I am feeling harrasment this whole journey and your hrtchp Volvo bus service and staff are responsible for this act.
Instead of booking normal bus I have booked Volvo HP bus for comfortable but this bus make my journey disaster
