Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — I m complaining about my booking, amount 2233.00 is deducted from my account, but booking is not done.

Here i submit all the details, regarding my failure booking, but amount has been deducted from account:
Amount: 2233.00, booking is from Shimla to delhi, bus timing is 19:25 pm, i have booked 5 seat, seat no: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. after few hour i have got a msg of booking failure, bt amount is deduct from my account and i m not receiving yet.
