Sir,

Hope you are fine, on 17/09/2018 on the 9.00 a. M bus no. Hp 73 0671 from bharmour to chamba the bus arrived half hour late and to compensate that the bus driver drove the vehicle too fast and carelessly till chamba. I am localite of chamba and no one drives that fast specially not that daily route bus.. No concern of safety for the passenger. Sir, in 1.30 pm bus driver stopped bus the main road mehla & and go to the bath and came half an hour later and he fought with my father and with the rest of the passengers and began to say what i would like to do, if you will have courage, then go and do reports! And also he said to my father hy maladhari you can't do anything. I must say that he drunken alcohol or weeds. Please look this situation.

I'm traveling from Delhi to sainj by deluxe bus on 15.09.2018 at seat no 19.On the way near panipat I request to conductor for AC, but his behavior was not good.
