Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Inconvenience caused by the bus

I booked the ticket from DELHI ISBT KASHMIRI GATE - BAIJNATH : 21:16 HRS with Service No : 588 in HIMGAURAV 2X2 AC with ticket no. [protected], amount Rs. 1050 at departure time 21:16 HRS. As per the schedule the bus was about to reach Palampur at 6.30 am. However, due to poor condition of the bus it got damaged mid way and it got stuck at the AMB HRTC service station. The bus was their till 6.30 am until Haryana roadways ordinary bus picked us and dropped at KANGRA. From this stop, I again changed the bus and got ordinary bus for PALAMPUR. This has been the worst experience as i got late to my office due to poor bus service of HRTC. Thus, i want complete reimbursement of my ticket due to inconvenience caused by HRTC bus service.
