Being a Himachali I always prefer to travel by HRTC bus so that our buses earn maximum revenue and I always wish that our HRTC should run under profit. Whenever I travels in HRTC bus, its staff always gave me and other passengers lot of respect and speak very politely.
But I was disappointed on 22/08/2019 when I was at Kalka and waiting for the bus for Panchkula Chowk (junction point where buses turns for Chandigarh) at around 7 PM. The bus number HP-63A-4435 of Rohru depot came and I tried to open its door for getting in, but it was locked. I requested bus conductor (who was standing just near door) to open it. He asked me about my destination without opening the door. When I told him about it he refuses for Panchkula chowk. I told him if Panchkula Chowk is not its stoppage, I will get down at Tribune Chowk from where I will go by Zirakpur by local bus. But still he did not agree. Then I told him that I will file the complaint to Regional Manager against him. He replied “जा कहीं भी शिकायत कर ले, में तुझे नहीं बिठाऊंगा कुते हरामजादेI“ I was very shocked to heard such language from HRTC bus conductor. Not only me he did not take any passenger from Kalka to Chandigarh despite of so many seats vacant inside the bus resulting revenue loss to HP State.
Sir, this the first time, that HRTC bus conductor misbehaved in such a rude manner. It is therefore requested to look into the matter personally and take appropriate action against this bus conductor to avoid such activity and revenue loss in future. Was this information helpful? |
