Dear sir /mam My name is virender kumar i am a bbmb sunder nagar employee... Last night i was coming from chandigarh by your delhi manali bus of nalagarh depot. When 11:30 pm i reached at naresh chowk then bus conductor refused to drop me at naresh chowk and starting to abusing me with very bad words...
