Sir, this tinku chadwal a frequent traveller of HRTC . I want to drag your attention towards my horrific experience while travelling in HRTC bus from NADAUN to RANITAL dated 24/02|/2022 (bus route SHIMLA TO DHARMSHALA) BUS NO. ..HP68 5715...While availing my ticket on duty conductor was too rude to me n also used rough language.. Although i didn't argued with him much ...Sir I just want to take a disciplinary action against him so that people like me who are regular customer of this corporation never feel discomfort because of such kind of employees.
