Dear sir,
I was traveling from Delhi to solan. I booked Volvo, ticket number TSBZ83568292, PNR number [protected] and seat number 33. The bus conductor contact number wasn't provided and he did not bother to call me, that the bus is leaving, I reached the station 5 minutes late. On requesting to adjust the ticket in the next hrtc bus, whose departure time was 9:36, I was blatantly refused and asked to buy another ticket, which I had to since I was a lone female travelling to solan.
I am a regular hrtc customer and whenever I travel from solan hrtc bus is never on time it is often delayed by an hour. I would like to ask that is our time not important? I encountered traffic and got late by 5 minutes, why was my money not adjusted? And why I had to pay twice, despite the other bus going empty? And most importantly why wasn't I called by the conductor, that the bus is leaving ( which is the usual practice). Was this information helpful? |
