Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — refund for the ticket cancellation

Sir i can't get any refund from you for the ticket cancellation. I cancel the ticket on date 8 जून 2018 and hrtc customers care said the refund of ticket cancellation is occurs on your account in 10 working days but their is no refund from you so plz help me for the refund of my charges and my ticket no is [protected]
And my refund amount is 430
And my route is chandigarh to chamba
Time is 6:30 from chandigarh
