Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Refund of my ticket money

I booked 2 seats from JAHU TO DELHI on 26 Dec 2021 seat no 17, 18. Due to PM rally on 27 Dec this route is cancelled. The staff call me on 7:15pm but the boarding time of bus is 7:00 pm. No money refund to me. This is hrtc fault not my fault. Why my refund is not give me back
