Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — regarding not proper timing & bad behavior of hrtc staff | |||||
Dear sir, Yesterday i was at nalagarh bus stand with my mother (Patient & senior citizen) looking for bus nalagarh to chandigarh via pgi/sisma (As we regularly travel through the same bus). One blue color bus no. Hp12 g 1753 came with route plate *hamirpur-una-kalka* nd stop for few seconds 15 seconds only and start running the bus. While running slowly i ask to conductor that where they are going pgi or chandigarh?? But he replied nothing and went inside the bus. Later after talking to other bus conductors they told me that that bus was for chandigarh via sisma/pgi. So please note my complaints as below : 1. Bad behavior of public transport servant towards public. 2. Bus staff not picking local passengers till baddi due to their mutual relations with private bus operators. (You can cross check how much tickets they issue till baddi). 3. Wrong route plate was shown in front of bus (Hamirpur-una-kalka) later on at baddi bus stand route plate was changed to (Hamirpur - chandigarh via baddi). 4. Bus drivers not arriving at bus stand on time due to that they're always in hurry and lots of passengers missed their buses. And they also not entering into bus stand only picking passengers from mail highway. Same complaint i have telephonic ally conveyed to rm nalagarh @[protected] but till time i have received no response for the same. I want your immediate action for the same so that no patient or passenger will suffer due to these problems by nalagarh hrtc staff.
