Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Regarding the refund of cancelled ticket

I cancelled my ticket on 9 th april 2022 at 12:00am . My ticket was from kullu (hp) to chandigarh.But i haven't received any refund . I got the message that money will be refunded but they haven't refunded my money .
