Hi sir/madam I nitesh jaswal from indian navy had booked a ticket from isbt delhi to hamirpur himachal pradrsh for 07 nov 2019 and charged 1125 for the same. Sir/madam till today i didn't received any money from department of hrtc. Dear Sir,
Bus no. HP -66 3814 has been deputed on route Kelyong to Delhi. The bus is quite old and the seats are in too bad condition that the person can't sit 100 kms but he has to travel 400-700 kms which is really a sort of punishment.

So please change bus on this route ASAP.

Sir Please note one of my complane by doing.My complane bus of HRTC whose number isHP12C9202. this bus goes nalagarh to parwanoo baya bardhman.Ticket is not given in this bus.And if ticket is given then he is not given station to station.Sir I request you This bus to get checked someday between thelaa to bardhman.
