Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — rude and poor behaviour of chandigarh ticket maker staff | |
I am the regular passanger of hrtc from last three years and i travel in hrtc every friday from chandigarh to home and every monday from home to chandigarh. My complaint is about the incident occurs on 23rd august about 19:30 hours at chandigarh bus stand. As it was non peak day so i came to bus stand at 19:00 hours and there was a one bus boarding for chamba (Himmani) and all the tickets are sold. Only 1-2 persons left from ticket. Afterwards the ticketmaker of bus stand said there will be another bus in half hour so i will make ticket and left from the seat. He came at around 19:30 to the seat again and said be in the queue for the ticket aa there are only 9 seats in the bus and no of persons are around 20. So there was hussltle to be in queue. The person who was standing from last half hour asked him to let him knew about the queue earlier. On this the ticket maker talks rudely to him and start abusing him and said “mai aise hi job krta hu jo uhakdna hai udhakd le”. I saw the same person’s rude behaviour earlier. He has no sense to talk. So i request to take action against him so no passenger will suffer in a healthy “safar” Was this information helpful? | |
