Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Ticket canceled by HRTC through e mail but refund not initiated

The ticket was cancelled by HRTC via e mail on dated 27.01.2023.
After that I boked ticket in Himsuta service no. 25, ticket no. [protected] for the same day .
But i did receive the refund so far amounting Rs 3342/-
Kindly refund at the earliest .
