Respected Sir/Mam,

With refer to captioned subject I am trying to call Una bus stand no.[protected] from morning for enquiry regarding shimla route buses but till now 4:38pm no one is picking up the call. I have urgent work tomorrow at shimla so it is important for me to know the status of buses are going to shimla. Kindly look into the matter take proper action why they are not picking the call.
