Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — water bottle not given by conductor even requested

Hi i am ashish travelling to mandi to manali on date 3-5-2019. Due to traffic jam near the aut i feel thirsty and i request to bus conducter to give me a water bottle, but he refuse to give the water bottle even i am ready to pay the amount also. Wt the # rude behaviour, even the water bottle lying beside him.
Very bad experience to travel in hrtc volvo.
