All ready we terminate the girl who spoke to you . We added transport bill attachment please find the attachment . Please don't spoil our company name if you have any complaint please contact us . As per our conversation I have booked paper plate making machine worth Rs. 60, 000/- (I have paid advance Rs. 10, 000 as per them) but once again Himalaya enterprises people cheated me & they sent candle making small plate not the machine also and they sent to my district place which is 100 km far away for me even that I have collected and I paid courier charges $650

I want my money back Rs. 10, 000/- plus Rs.650

or paper plate making machine.

Don't cheat people...

And this complaint is not resolved.

Mr.Yaseen Khan you paid only Rs.10000 but you are asking 60000Rs machine then how we send the machine, you want Rs.60000 machine please clear your balance amount Rs.50000 then company will send machine, dont blame us again and again, thats your fault you didnt pay full amount. Hi i'm Nayana, I have received fully automatic single die machine paper plates. Now if i call them they are not responding to my calls and they are not supporting either ways. Now i have the production but don't know how to send them and i'm worried if i send also will they pay the money for that and refund my transport amount. This is not the way to handle the customers. People there are not responding properly once they send the machine. Someone who is responsible person from himalaya enterprises suggest me.

5. Once the paper plates is ready we will come and collect the plates at the same time we give cash.

I am Udaya Shankar from Bangalore. I have purchased a Paper Plate making machine 2 months back. Till I got the machine, I was able to contact people in the office. After getting the machine, i manufactured 750 nos. Due to poor quality of the material used in machine, one of the main connecting rod broke down. I had to spend approx. 1500 Rs. for that. After this I am trying to contact delhi people. They speak only in tamil and pretend as though they donot understand English or Hindi. I have also seen one person, who has been supplying regularly for last few months. Now a days, even she is hearing complaints from some people. Hence she is cancelling the order placed for automatic machine

I have taken leg press machine from Himalaya enterprises and have sent samples to get approval.But after several calls and messages made to them their is no reply from them.

but before taking machine they find time to call us for collecting money, but after that their is no response.
Not only myself is facing this problem i have refered my friends who have taken the machine and facing the same problem.
they are cheating us and we have decided to file legal action against them.one of them have already filed compliant against them.
i think we will file case in consumer court soon if we donot get response from them within one week.

Hello,

After I raised the complaint, there were 4 calls from different users, who wanted to place the order. Now they are holding it back, after seeing so many complaints. Amazingly, I got a call from Himalaya Staff and they have assured to continue the businessand regretted for the confusion/ problem. The concerned person, with whom, I was talking has left the comapny and hence there was a communication gap. Hope things will gosmoothly now.

After my previous complaint himalaya people had called and they asked me to comment back saying they will continue the business properly. But now again they are doing the.same thing without picking up the call. I had sent Them 5750 plates and after reviving they said only 2500 are good and they paid money for that I.e 800. And they had promised me to refund my transportation money which I paid during collecting the machine I.e 3700. Now if I ask there are telling they will pay me installment. With the transaction of 800 they credited +1200 refund amount. Now I supposed to get 2500 more and the raw material. Now these people are not responding the calls. They dint even send the agreement, if I ask they are telling u first do the work. I suggest people not to buy machine from this company.

You guys don't know how much pain we take and invest. Don't know why people like you will play with our hard earned money.
Before taking machine you will call 100 times. after which you guys don't even respond back. Take back your machine and refund the amount along with the loss that we barred. If not we will have to take this legal & make sure no body else is being fooled & cheated by your company.

First time i made a complaint here. The lady called up and spoke so rudely and also threatned me if i don't remove they will not send us raw material & send the agreement. Is this the way you respond to your customers?? You take our money and threaten and speak rudely to us.

i have spoke to the company after i had placed complaint they have responed.they say to post the comment that the company is responding and paying the customer, which is wrong

But they say that the sample i have given is not proper, but the sample i have given them was made by the trainer sent by them for giving training.is this way to provide training.

i have got calls from different people who was interested in buying machine, but i have suggested them not to buy and get cheated from this company.

i want mail or written statement from the company that they will buy the machine back.
i will send the machine back once i get the money as they have done to us.
even my friend is not getting the reponse so he also wants to send the machine back.

the company is cheating us by giving bill for lesser amount than what we have paid them, if we ask them they are telling it is for the sake of tax benifit for the company.They are cheating the government also by not showing the accounts correctly.

Message to Himalaya Enterprises which is registered as firm. This is to inform you that I have contacted all customer yesterday. Who are posted there feed back in consumer complaint forums. Everybody as been cheated in same way in which i am treated.
This message is not warning, this is the final appeal to your team.
Now all customers are joining hands together and fileing the same case in Indian Consumer Complaints Forum(Bangalore and Delhi). All proof of documents with voice conversation handed over to Mr. Pawan choudary who is chief lawyer at high court of Karnataka. Yesterday First copy of the complaint handed over to commissioner of police, Bangalore accordingly as per lawyer. Second copy to Consumer complaint forum and Third copy CID Delhi. Lawyer is ready to file the case against fraud 420 section code 1860. There is no bail against this case. Since fraud done in public's money. Be ready to face the issue. Inform this issue to your Boss Mr. Akash Choudary who is behind this fraud scheme.

Second step is to hand over section code 1860 registration copy along with police complaint to all cell phone companies to flash message against your concept business.

Third step is to flash a news along with same procedures to Local channels of all states and districts.

All customer are meeting Member of Parliament on coming week with the help of Karnataka CM secretary.

I myself Madhu had bought a fully automatic Single die machine worth of Rs 80000/- on 09.10.2015 from Himalaya Enterprises and we had sent a samples of 2000 to Himalaya.

The samples were approved and was a promise from their side to send the raw material within a week but till today they have not sent the material and there is no response from them over the phone even after calling more than 100 times.

Before purchasing the machine there were calling n number of times but now they are not responding and disconnecting the call.

At any cost we are no more interested to do business with himalaya and we want you to return our money Rs 80000/- at the earliest else we have to take other legal actions against Himalaya Company(Deeksha, Varsha, Mahima and Akash Choudary).

I am udaya Shankar. When I read the comments of all members, I felt that everyone has been cheated in the same way I have been cheated. Even I have contacted my lawyer in our New Delhi office and shortly a legal notice will be personally handed over to the company. Also, I have asked my Delhi lawyer to file a FIR in police station and to take necessary action to arrest the concern immediately.

So far, I have got 16 calls from various places, asking feed back about the company. I have clearly told everyone that this is a fraud ompany.Also, whoever is posting comments in this forum, please give us your phone no. And place where you stay.

There are one or two people in different areas, with whom they are buying back the products and making prompt payment. For any new person, the conatct nos. of these people will be given. When we check with them, naturally they will give good feedback.

Suggestion to Himalayan Enterprise: These comments will really bring down the confidence level of a new customer to start the business. If your motto is really to increase the entrepreneurs or your business without any disputes means, Please develop a transparent business model, open your branches in many more places of south India and do provide the direct communication to the customers. In one of the document of containing terms and conditions mentioned that every disputes are clarified only in the jurisdiction of Delhi, If this is the way means please apply the business to only Delhi region instead of giving a chance to create hard situations in other state people.

I'm vanaja from Bangalore .I purchased 150000₹ double dye automatic machine from Himalaya enterprises.this is ultimate fraud company. Until v purchase machinery they continuously keep calling n force, impress wit all the talent they have ...n tell v take door step service, technical support, provide raw materials... But the moment you tak machinery they don't even bother to pick calls from our side. ... Sandhya was the lady who made us believe tat you can earn 8 thousand a day, we take finished products from u, provide raw materials n i blindly believed her this way n borrowed 1, 50, 000 ₹ from others n invested ...its been 4 months I took this machine ...ter is so many problems in the machine .I have been calling them everyday at least 30 times. ... Soon they listen my name they disconnect the call...n sandhya is a lady whom I trusted so much n invested such a large amt ...she cheated me. If I don't get any assistance at the earliest. . I will file police compliant...
