Hindu News Paper — Supply of newspaper

I have subscribed the hindu tamil news paper for one year from march 2016 to march 2017. For first four months, we were regularly getting papers and after that the agent changed and he stopped supplying of paper for about 15 days. After making lots of complaint to hindu, we started getting the paper from december 2016 again the agent stopped supplying of paper saying that he is not getting any commission from hindu and will issue the paper only if we pay commission for home supply. Regarding this we made several complaints to hindu. Complaint no. A007736, dt. 02 march 2017, and dated 13 march 2017, a012626 dated 22 mar 2017. But they are so shameless, they have not taken any action regarding issue of paper. They are interested only at the time of taking money for subscription after that they don't bother about the subscribers. I really wonder such a reputed news paper having years of experience behave such irresponsibly. My subscription period is over. But i have missed lots of days the paper. How they are going to compensate me? I am not going to renew my subscription any more. Moreover i have informed trough my whatsapp group in our area association not to take any subscription from hindu.
