I have a humble request, I'm yet to join new organisation and they started doing background verification, In-order to clear the verification successfully, I need the relieving letter from HGS that my employee ID was so and so and I have worked from 30th July 2018 to 28th November 2018. I have resigned on 28th November 2018 but I haven't served my notice period and I'm ready to pay the recovery amount. Kindly help me in this matter asap, otherwise I won’t be able to join my work here as document is the primary requirement. It’s a humble request to you pls help me out in this situation.

Note: I last visit HGS office was on 28th November 2018 but they updated the PF exit date as 4th February 2019 for not serving my notice period, but I joined another organisation before 4th February 2019 so now it's showing as an dual employment and I'm unable to join any organisation. I can do the recovery payment for not serving my notice period please help me here to fix the PF exit date as 28th November 2018. It's affecting my whole career life.

I sent an email to HGS on Apr 12, 2023, about my Migration Skills Assessment that is needed to be reviewed and signed.
This application would be shared with "Trades Recognition Australia" for my PR - Work permit in Australia. The TRA team would review and validate the roles, responsibilities, and experience I had during my Tenure with HGS.

There is no response on my request and pure ignorance. The Payroll team and the representative Mr. Chiranjeevi who could take this further are ignoring my request and not offering the service I am intended to.

I was working in HGS Mysore from September 25, 2017 to October 31, 2017 for Amazon process on contract basis for a month. I missed to collect my relieving letter and payslip from the company, need help in collecting the same.
