I have taken loan from Hinduja Housing Finance Limited of rupees 40lacs on 2018, now I am moving out to a new bank and asked for the list of documents present with Hinduja to submit in new bank, now I found that in that list my original registered document is missing. I asked for the same and they are saying they need to verify whether it's present or not and manager from Visakhapatnam branch is not responding.please help in this regard .
