Hinduja Housing Finance Limited is Charging Preclosure charges unlawful way

I want to close my account with Hinduja Housing fiance they are charging Pre-closure Penalty Charges

Kindly Into the matter

A housing loan is sanction on dated-30.06.2019, but loan was not disburse.after two months letter loan was cancelled.
But in my cibil report the loan is still active that's why my cibil score is very bad.and I am very upset and harassed due to this tipe of bad behaviour of Hinduja housing finance limited Bank.
Details of loan in my cibil report:
Name- chandni mishra
Opening date-30.06.2019.
Loan amount-1500000.
Housing loan-:‑XXXX-0125.
Account number-##××××××××××××××××012.
Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India-832108.

I have taken loan from Hinduja Housing Finance Limited of rupees 40lacs on 2018, now I am moving out to a new bank and asked for the list of documents present with Hinduja to submit in new bank, now I found that in that list my original registered document is missing. I asked for the same and they are saying they need to verify whether it's present or not and manager from Visakhapatnam branch is not responding.please help in this regard . Because of their mistake I am paying additional interest to Hinduja as they are unable to provide the document on time
