Hinduja Housing Finance Limited — A Cancel housing loan of year 2019 is still active in my cibil report

A housing loan is sanction on dated-30.06.2019, but loan was not disburse.after two months letter loan was cancelled.
But in my cibil report the loan is still active that's why my cibil score is very bad.and I am very upset and harassed due to this tipe of bad behaviour of Hinduja housing finance limited Bank.
