[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — 2 wheeler payment foreclosure has been done but still emi has been cut down from the bank | |||
Dear sir/Madam Hi My Name is Francis J Lopez I had taken Loan from your finance company of two wheeler MH14GZ4509 My Account No IS MHPUPMTW06191. the remaining balance loan amount Had paid and closed on 09/06/2020 . Even during the lock-down time My emi still continued so i thought to pay the remaining balance amount and close the account so did i through your staff Name : Mr.Sujit Kadam Empcode : 20554. Today I received an MSG from the bank. The amount has been cut down Rs : 3670/- today I called this mr.Sujit kadam ( ph No . [protected] ) and said the EMI has been cut down from the bank after closing the account. Could this be possible . He Talked with me in a very harsh manner like ill-literate people. He told me it's a system problem not mine. You go to that person who removed your loan for your bike . so even asked about money which has been cut from my bank he tells me that if you what your money . same answer he replied to me. go to that person who applied for the loan for you. After arguing he told me you will get the amount back after 4 days and come to the pune office and collect your cheque .Then I asked about the Bike NOC Letter and he told me you will get the letter after 45 days . But i told him that the address which your person has put while applying the loan its wrong and ph no which is mention its also a wrong tel ph no. so he said to you called up mr ganesh mestry ( Ph No.[protected] / [protected] ) who applied your wrong details . so i said to him that from long back i had given this complaint to your Mr.Ganesh Mestry but he is an irresponsible person he tells that our sir sujit has put up your details he will only correct it. i said u both are blaming each other all the time and as a customer we have to suffer. Again in a humble way I asked him about the money which has been deducted from the bank. Can you reverse it back to my same account? He shouted at me in a very bad way and he treated me in that way like a street beggar who asks for money . Please, this type of employee will ruin your company status and customers . it's my humble request to look into this matter and kindly remove this both person immediately from their post.who doesn't know how to treat your customers .
