Two wheeler purchased through Hinduja Leyland Finance loan/EMI scheme.

I repaid the entire loan amount together with interest and other dues. Till date, in CIBIL site, it is being shown as 'loan is pending'. This prevents me from going for any other loan. Hence, it is kindly requested to do the needful to declare that my loan account with you is closed. Also, please send necessary declaration about the closure of loan account to me. Hereby i wish to know the policy details of my late relative who has financed his scooty from your company.
Reason for requesting policy details: since he was unable to pay his emi dues on-time, his scooty has been sealed by the selling agent.

Also when queried from the branch manager regarding policy number, he is not replying properly and denying to provide policy details.

I was taken two wheeler loan from the hinduja leyland finance for the vehicle honda activa. No:ap03bm8142 year of manufacturing :10/2014.

Vehicle is hypothecated to hinduja finance. The same was brought to the notice of hinduja executive may times in 2015 but no response.

Recently i was approached the hinduja finance office in tirupati but no manager or executive responded.

N this regard i am requesting that please issue no dues certificate or noc for removing hypothecation at earliest as i am going to purchase new vehicle please.

Below is the emi deduction summary from my salary account for your reference on my two-wheeler loan.
Contract number: dhghnitw03676
Issue:my account is still showing the due amount of rupees 1270.00
Concern:how it is to be possible that the amount is pending on my name when the emi amount is deducted automatically from my salary account using the ach mandate process? If so amount is pending on my name why i didn't receive any information from your side? When the emi amount is 4013.00, how it is increased after april 2019 to 4313.00? If the emi amount is increased by any of the reasons why don't you inform me about the same?
Note: apart from this, i made the payment of pending amount of rupees 1270.00. Now i need a noc on the payment confirmation.
As all the above issue occurs from your end now let me know who will be responsible for my bad cibil score.
I want explanation of all the questions above.

We took a loan from your bank with account named sangam footwear (Manubhai mohanbhai vadher) last year and loan was repaid by the date 15/03/2020 and got the noc from surat branch on date 17/03/2020
Now we are waiting for our documents because we sold the property and buyer party hold payment against our original documents and we will get amount only after giving them original sale deed.
We waited for to much time and now it's gone beyond limits we are bearing new losses just because of some papers, we badly need that.
We are taking continuously follow up from surat branch and appreciate their efforts but work from the head office highly disappointed us

I have taken two wheeler loan from your finance company against loan no. Atvwvjtw03572 on sep.2017 and cleared all the emis/dues sir when i have visited your office vijayawada on 10.08.2019 for enquiring about getting noc / no dues certificate, your office staff intimated that still i have to pay rs.1936 /- against the chola insurance charges. But to my surprise neither i have got any intimation/information by sms/call/mail nor i have approached your office to get chola insurance against my two wheeler. After completion of all emis up to till date i have no information about this from your office. Recently, my cibil score has come down due to non-payment of chola insurance charges rs.1936 /-. Hence, i request you sir to please issue noc at the earliest.

In had purchased by bike in 2015 and cleared my loan 2018. However i have not received the noc. My bike number is mh12mn6503, i went to their pune deccan gymkhana branch and i was told that i will receive the noc asap. I did ask them it's urgent as i have to purchase a new be bike. I am still waiting for the noc. If you can please send a copy on [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
