Please be informed that i have opted moratorium after march (According to rbi guidelines) from link provided by hinduja finance,
But i don't have any information about my emi's, as i don't have ecs facility for my loan account, and nobody calls for installments.
I have approached all your channels for my concern but i don't get any resolution.
Would request you to please confirm that moratorium status in my loan account,
And share the status of loan emi's extension and interest.
