Hinduja Leyland Finance — About changing account for auto debit

I have taken a two wheeler through hinduja finance and in the starting when I asked your agents that wether emi will be debited from my account, they said no they will come and collect every month but now it's been debited from my account and if they had told me earlier about this I would have given them my other account details because the present account which I have is a salary account and it's not possible to maintain the required balance on the emi date and because of which I have to bear penalty every month I asked them to change my account but they are not doing anything saying it's not possible, on they contrary they are asking me to close my account by playing full dues what type of irresponsible behavior is this.
