Hinduja Leyland Finance — Discrepancy in statements & ECS mandate issue

Dear sir,
I have a two wheeler loan from Hinduja Leyland finance branch (kangra) Himachal Pradesh Contract Number is PJMHJGTW00005 and my Customer Code is PJTW051772 My vehicle number is HP36D6717 Contract date is[protected] and i am very dissatisfied by your company dealing . l have lot of disputes in my statement even from my side . I submitted my whole agreement value amount but some of my transaction are not shown in statements . I will highlight my main issue please resolve these issue and reply ASAP

(1) My vehicle number is not correct in statement i requested many times but no solution given by branch

(2) My contact number was changed so I also requested them to change but they don't changed my contact number

(3) My ECS is not mandate with my account even i submitted 4 time by visiting self from my hometown and it's 35 km far from your branch even one time i get that ECS form from your branch and self done verification in SBI bank branch after that I submitted that in Hinduja Leyland finance kangra branch but they never mandate ECS with my account i always have to visit to submit my emi after that discussing with branch manager Mr. Amit he said I will run your ECS asap and please send your Emi in our employees account on Google pay . I always have to call them and tell them to submit my emi but I never get any solution
(4) My 4 Emi are not showing in my statement which i send to your employee
And i also have payment proofs please clear where is my Emi gone its not showing in statement :-

(1) 11204/-rs to Manish Kumar at December /3/ 2019

(2) 2801/-rs to Manish Kumar at February /3/2020

(3) 2801/-rs to Manish Kumar at March /4/2020

(4) 2801/-rs to Veer singh at January/1/2021

(5) In COVID due to lockdown your employees was not accepting any payments . They said company is not accepting any payments . So if ECS was mandate at that time i don't miss any my payments. Due to that your team extended my loan which only left small amount they said you have to pay now 14000 for complete this loan when they have all fault why should I have to pay extra amount . Please clear this issue

(6) Late submission by your employees i will also attach that with statement

(7) Please tell me when I submitted all documents for emi deduction then why i have to submit my emi to employees in Google pay or in-hand

(8) Due to all i got my cibil loss and harrasment

(9) Please share my agreement copy

Till now i don't get any kind of solution from your side now i believe that I will get right from your side and please request you to reply all my queries and please do need fulfill and here i am attaching all my documents related this issue .

I am very disappointed by hinduja employees. Till now I don't get any reply on email.why they are not responding over my email .even i am requesting from a long time this is such a unprofessional behaviour
