Dear Sir / madam,
Please check the below given details for my Two Wheeler Loan with Hinduja Leyland Finance. Your team is making me fool from the start for my Loan Contract. Your team members of Branch office Urban Estate, Phase 1 @ Patiala (Punjab) Mr. Sachin & Mr. Gurvinder are tricking & deceiving me.Please check the below given points
1. I continued calling them from 5th May-2021 regarding my EMI not deducting my parent bank A/c ICICI, they were saying that there is a back end issue with HLF server, it will be deducted within 7th to 10th May, but not deducted.
2. After this i called than again & they said payment will be deduct next month i.e. June-2021 by 5th. I asked them for any additional charges and they revert that there will be no charges or penalty, because there is our HLF issue not by your side. Your all documents are available.
3. After that, I called again on 7th June-2021 regarding EMI not deducted from my bank a/c, they said we will check & revert you, but no revert from their side. I continuously calling both of than & asking for office address to visit, but they are saying due to COVID, office are closed we are working from home, you don't take tension EMI will deducted back end there is no problem happened to you.
4. After than i continue making calls to both of them day to daily you can check call records of your team, but they did not give me proper reply. Even misbehaved me also saying that "मैडम अपने आप कट जायेगी क़िस्त, हम कोई फ्री नही बैठे आपके लिए", they didn't tell me the reason of not deduction the EMI.
5.After few days of daily confirmation they said me to pay the payment to recovery person cash & your EMI will adjust, failure reason we will update to you once server get fixed. I paid the EMI by G-Pay 21.06.2021 (Rec no RHSL[protected]). I asked them that payment will be adjusted to to 1sty EMI, they said, Yes Madam your LOAN is activated in MAY & this will be your 1st EMI, without any extra charges. From next month your EMI will be deducted Automatically by BANK A/c.
6. After this EMI, next month again EMI not deducted from my bank a/c, i got harassed. They were making my fool & misbehaving with me. Even this i requested to tham & cried on phone. I told than that, i can give any document & to be fill all formalities again if any issue, but please regular my EMI from BANK a/c, they ensured that please pay cash EMI and we will check further.
7. I again Paid my 2nd EMI by G-Pay on 16.07.2021 (Rec no- RHSL[protected]) Amount 3810, They said that there are nominal charges of 64 rs late fees, I had paid the 3810 rs, but there was not my issue, its HLF issue. They said me to again submit ECS Mandate form, due to sign mismatch. I go to bank & resubmit my form to bank as well as cross verified my signatures to. I also give details to HLF team and they ensured me that, all issues are cleared and EMI will deducted regularly from my Bank A/c August-2021 onward.
8. Till this process i have made hundreds of calls to them, requested many time with respectfully. Visits to there office @ Urban Estate Phase-1, Patiala. As per there assurance from August-2021 my a/c will be regular, my EMI's will be deduct regular from my bank A/c, There will be no hidden charges or any penalty or payment pending from me pending to me for HLF.
9. On 6th August-2021, i have made call to both of than regarding EMI. They said EMI will be deduct on 7th every month don't worry, your account is updated. Please make sufficient balance in a/c. There was a/c balance available in my a/c but till 8th august my EMI was not deducted. I have mad call to than they said server issue it will be deducted by 10th but EMI was not deducted, they said me to pay EMI cash, it will updated in system & your auto debit will be hold by US for any penalty or charges. I have maid payment for my 3rd EMI on 12.08.2021(Recp. no -RHSL[protected]). After payment confirmation they said A/c is nill & till August all EMI's are paid.
10 From April to August 4 months i have made calls to them, requested than there is no Call received from there side as well as from any HLF customer care exec. I cried, requested, followed up day to day your HLF team.
11.After this all mess on 5th September-2021 my EMI was successfully deducted from Bank A/c. I again make call to both of them Mr. Sachin & Mr. Gurvinder that EMi is successfully deducted, thanks for your support. They again said me that now all issued are rectified and your loan is continue. Just make sufficient bank balance for easy deduction & avoid any bounce charges. I have take relief after 5 months of this issues.
12. But on 10-12 Septemebr-2021 (Date not remind properly) Mr. Gurvinder called me saying that there is some balance stand by in your a/c, i asked for what sir, i have paid all EMI with all charges as well as my this months EMI is deducted easily from my bank A/c. Than he told me something which is unacceptable and was not in mind. He said that your MAY-2021 EMI is ending & its also availing monthly interest, Your balance is 4280.00, Pay this amount & your a.c will be cleared.
13. I was completely shocked and in trauma for this, also got very sick due to this fraud by HLF as well as there team members, you can check and read all points earlier. From my 1st cash EMI paid in MAY-2021, they regularly saying that there is no pending amount, everything is cleared. ac/ is normal & regular. I am harassed and mentally torcher by HLF. This shock leads me to hypertension & hospitalized.
14. I collect money from my friends & relatives to pay this & i paid my entire amount of 4280.00/- on 24.09.2021 (Rec no RHSL[protected]). I cant explain what kind of torcher & trauma i feel due to this incident. I got harassed & got fooled from last 5 months from HLF & There Team Members. But after this they told me that a/c is nil everything is fine & like September, EMI will be auto deducted from your bank A/c in between 5th to 7th October-2021. Please make sufficient bank balance.
15. After all these issues i agreed to pay my EMI & make balance sufficient for auto debit. But on 05.10.2021 my EMI again not deducted from my Bank a/c, i have made call to Mr. Sachin & Mr. Gurvinder that EMI not deducted, is everything fine. They revert me that emi will be deduct from 5th to 10th Oct, 2021, you just make sufficient balance.
16. But yesterday on 07.10.2021, i have check my BANK a/c there was Penalty charges happened for EMI bounce 590.00/-, i have made call to Mr. Gurvinder, he cuts my call and than i made call to MR. sachin. He said me rudely, & told me to check morning and cut my calls.
17. Today 08.10.2021 i have made several calls to than for clarification didn't get positive reply. after 5-10 calls i got answer that my signature mismatched & you have to pay EMI manually. He was very rude & hyper, misbehaving me.
18. I have paid many interest & penalty charges from April to September. There is no support from HLF team. No positive reply. Its very difficult for me to handle this situation. Mr. Sachin & Mr. Gurvinder from HLF office, Urban Estate Phase 1- Patiala is the main culprits who have done this all scandal.
